Chilalo Spices is a family-owned business founded in 2004. What began as a small but passionate operation has grown into a trusted wholesale supplier for restaurants and stores throughout our community. Now in our second generation, our family continues to honor the values we were built on: quality, tradition, and genuine care for the people we serve.

 

For decades, our work took place mostly behind the scenes, providing chefs and shop owners with the spices, home goods, and incense they relied on every day. All of our products are 100% made and imported from Ethiopia, ensuring authentic flavors, exceptional quality, and a connection to our rich heritage.

But as our business has grown, so has our desire to connect more personally with the people who enjoy our products. That is why, for the very first time, we are opening our doors directly to consumers.

This new chapter is incredibly exciting for us. Sharing our products with you—your kitchens, your homes, and your rituals—means more than simply offering items for sale.
